NEWTOWN, PA – Gigliotti Group, Inc. won the coveted Single Family Community of the Year Award for Woodmont from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties (HBA) at its annual Pinnacle Awards Gala on March 7, 2008. Among the criteria for this award were overall environment, architecture, amenities, image and sales success for homes priced from $450,000 - $700,000. The HBA annually recognizes excellence and outstanding achievements in the home building industry. This year’s gala was held at the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology in Philadelphia.

Gigliotti’s Ardmore Model Home at Woodmont won Best Exterior Merchandising for a single family home priced from $450,000 - $700,000, based on its curb appeal for first impression, signage, landscape design and other on-site elements which most enhance and complement the theme and lifestyle of the target market. Emily Fischel, of New Britain, Gigliotti’s VP of Sales & Marketing, noted that this same home was honored as the Single Family Home of the Year by the HBA at last year’s award gala.

Marianne Malec, of Quakertown, Gigliotti Group’s Sales Manager at Woodmont, was inducted into the HBA’s Million Dollar Club for her outstanding sales results in 2007. Marianne works closely with each Woodmont buyer throughout the intensive process of creating a truly unique home, translating each custom alteration and detail to the construction team. Gigliotti’s homes at Woodmont are known for their intricate detail and high degree of customization; no two homes are ever the same.

When Arcadia Land Company chose Gigliotti Group as one of three builders for their planned 120-home, 44.5-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development in Huntingdon Valley, they made a wise choice. The vision of a walkable neighborhood in harmony with its natural surroundings, but close to commercial and recreational facilities, has succeeded ... indeed, flourished.

The architecture, designed to emulate the best of the Philadelphia area’s historic neighborhoods, such as Doylestown, Chestnut Hill and the Main Line, is appropriately diverse, yet visually harmonious, with great attention to detail, for which Gigliotti Group is renowned. The goal has been achieved: the creation of a community with historic character, designed and built to satisfy modern tastes.

Nancy Berger, of Ambler, Marketing Coordinator for Gigliotti, noted that Woodmont has become the destination neighborhood choice for a variety of residents: single professionals and young couples who appreciate the community for its friendliness, convenience and affordability; parents who value the safety of the pedestrian-oriented setting and enjoy the opportunities for companionship with other families; and empty nesters, who welcome low-maintenance living. Dotted with pocket parks, walking trails and connected to the Pennypack Preserve, Woodmont also has a corner store that has become an integral part of the community, offering coffee, gourmet treats, newspapers and a place for neighbors to meet and chat.

Current Gigliotti Group communities include Woodmont in Huntingdon Valley, The Estates at Ridgewood in Skippack, Long View at Locust Valley in Coopersburg, Calais at Long Ridge in Hellertown, and Rockbridge in Newtown. To learn more about Gigliotti Group, call 215-860-8700 or visit
