GIGLIOTTI GROUP OPENS LONGVIEW AT LOCUST VALLEY; IT’S ALL ABOUT LOCATION AND GREAT VALUE

Coopersburg, PA -- For anyone who works in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and even the metropolitan Philadelphia and North Central New Jersey areas … wants easy access to recreation opportunities in Bucks County … to be just a stone’s throw from I-78 and the New York City area … then Gigliotti Group’s newest community, LongView at Locust Valley, located in Coopersburg, PA, must be considered for a new home. It’s incredibly convenient to major highways and the new Promenade at Saucon Valley, already known for its upscale shops, restaurants and entertainment.

According to one set of new homebuyers, “We decided to purchase our Gigliotti home in LongView at Locust Valley because, after visiting the site, we absolutely loved the panoramic view. A beautiful country setting yet close to key highways and shopping is the best of both worlds. A good school system and a quality builder who blends their design with the feel of the area sealed the deal for us."

Highlights of this lovely woodland-bordered community include its location in the prestigious Southern Lehigh School District, 32 magnificent home sites — from one acre — on a rolling hill, a country setting with scenic long distance views of the Saucon Valley, private well and sewer and a professionally designed and landscaped entrance way.

Homes will start from the upper $500’s; eight of Gigliotti’s most popular models will be offered, each with an option for its own distinctive façade and architectural details.

Among the standard top-of-the-line Gigliotti interior features will be three to five spacious bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths; a master bedroom suite with tray ceiling and generous walk-in closets; a five-piece master bath; hardwood floors in the entry foyer, gallery, powder room, kitchen and breakfast rooms; and a wood-burning fireplace with slate surround and wide selection of mantel designs.

Included with all homes are the fine, distinctive touches for which Gigliotti homes are known: exclusive custom millwork, including two-piece crown moldings in the foyer and upper hall, living room, dining room and master bedroom; two-piece chair rail in the dining room; 4" door and window casings and 5.25" baseboards; and brass hardware on all interior hinged doors with three hinges per door to resist warping.

Granite counter tops will grace all LongView at Locust Valley kitchens, and all homes feature Andersen energy-efficient tilt-wash double hung windows with insulated glass.

Certain Gigliotti models will have the option for volume ceilings, private study or library, a rear staircase and three-car garages, which always come fully dry-walled and trimmed.

Gigliotti Group is known for its buyer-friendly home construction process: customers are encouraged to meet with construction managers and discuss the progress and details of the home during its construction. Three orientation sessions may also be scheduled, as well as two pre-settlement inspections, to ensure that the new home meets Gigliotti Group’s — and the buyers’ — exacting quality standards. Customization is both welcomed and expected in all Gigliotti homes.

In addition to LongView at Locust Valley, Gigliotti Group currently offers Calais at Long Ridge, with its 24 French-inspired Gigliotti signature homes in Lower Saucon Township. In Montgomery County, Gigliotti is building Woodmont, in Huntingdon Valley, a TND created to capture the ambience of the Delaware Valley’s most coveted historic towns; and Ridgewood, an award-winning 22-home community with the country sophistication yet natural beauty of the charming village of Skippack. Rockbridge, in Newtown, Bucks County, offers three custom home sites from 1.5-7.5 acres.

Since 1922, the Gigliotti Group has been setting the standard for the finest in site selection and home building, incorporating quality, elegance and enduring value as the cornerstones of each home in the Gigliotti collection. Over 85 years and more than 10,000 homes later, they continue the tradition of creating national and local award-winning masterpieces for the discriminating, refined buyer. Gigliotti’s custom division will caringly build a home from its collection — or a buyers’ plan on their own lot.
