GIGLIOTTI GROUP REPORTS BRISK HOME SALES

SPECIAL TO THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER

Despite reports of gloom and doom, houses are still selling: people get married, move or relocate, expand their families with babies or blending, and so on. At the Gigliotti Group, new home sales have remained strong, especially at Woodmont, in Huntingdon Valley. Only eight lots remain at this popular location in the Lower Moreland School district.

According to Woodmont Sales Manager Marianne Malec, “the reception to the quality of the Gigliotti homes has been phenomenal. Buyers are quick to note the differences in construction details and designs that only Gigliotti Group offers in this neighborhood, making each home truly distinctive. Once people see the charm, location and convenience of living at Woodmont – its proximity to major highways and shopping, for example – the houses practically sell themselves.”

“Woodmont buyers are sophisticated; this is not usually their first home,” adds Gigliotti Group Partner Ron Gigliotti. “Our homeowners have lived elsewhere and clearly see the value we are offering relative to the quality we provide.”

For those buyers who no longer want acres of property to maintain, Woodmont is the perfect solution: its traditional neighborhood design offers expansive, luxury living space with minimal exterior upkeep.

Yet Woodmont – named 2007 Single Family Community of the Year by the Homebuilder’s Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties – is a haven for pedestrians: one-third of its acreage is dedicated to open space, where residents enjoy leisurely walks along tree-lined streets, to the neighborhood’s corner store or the nearby Pennypack Preserve.

Gigliotti, which specializes in customizing its community-based homes to each buyers’ needs and wants, is also realizing a significant increase in its decades-old custom home division. New buyers, who have considered other builders, appreciate that Gigliotti’s exacting quality standards do, indeed, set them well above the competition.

In addition to Woodmont, Gigliotti Group is currently offering the Estates at Ridgewood, in Skippack Township, incorporating the country sophistication and natural beauty of the nearby charming village; LongView at Locust Valley and Calais at LongRidge in the Lehigh Valley; and Rockbridge, a custom home site in Newtown, Bucks County.
